WHAT’S INCLUDED

Each Mini Session includes a 20-minute photography session, 10 professionally edited digital images of your choice, a private online gallery, access to the Christmas Tree Farm during your session + my Digital Mini Session Guide Book to help you plan outfits and get ready for your session.

These discounted sessions are perfect for families, couples, maternity, little ones + even your four-legged family members... dogs (and cats) are absolutely welcome! 🐾 Sessions are limited to a maximum of 10 people per booking.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE SETUP

These sessions take place right inside a real, active Christmas Tree Farm, surrounded by rows of trees and all the cozy, festive touches of the holiday season. I’ll also have a styled bench setup nestled amongst the trees to give us the perfect little home base for cozy family photos while still leaving plenty of room for those candid, movement-filled moments around the farm.

LETTERS TO SANTA

This year, we're adding a little extra North Pole magic to our Christmas Mini Sessions!

A special North Pole mailbox will be nestled amongst the Christmas trees, where your little ones can deliver their very own letters to Santa while we capture those sweet, magical moments! And the magic doesn't stop there! Every child who participates will receive a personalized reply from Santa himself, delivered straight to their parent's email inbox before Christmas! Simply print and share the magic!  

 

Want to join in on the magic? Simply have your little ones write their letters to Santa ahead of time and bring them along in individual envelopes on the day of your session. I'll take care of getting their letters to the North Pole!

Santa's personalized replies will be emailed by December 13th, 2026. Participation is completely optional and included at no additional cost!

RAIN OR SHINE

We’re embracing Vancouver Island winter season! Because this is a real tree farm, there is no covered area and sessions will go ahead rain or shine.

A little drizzle won’t stop us! I’ll have two clear umbrellas on hand that we can incorporate into your photos if things get a little wet.

 

If we experience strong/gusty winds that make the setup unsafe or conditions unsuitable for photographing, Alyssa Gaiga Productions will make the decision to move the sessions to our backup dates of Saturday November 21st & Sunday November 22nd, 2026. Please make sure you’re also available on the backup date when booking to avoid any disappointment.

BOOKING YOUR SPOT

A 50% non-refundable deposit + signed contract are required to officially secure your time slot. The remaining balance will be due prior to the start of your session. These minis are booked into back-to-back time slots, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early and ready to go so we can make the most of every minute together!​​
